Beloved husband of Tarni, father of Ahalya, Aakash and Aadam, loving son of Chandra and Lilani, son-in-law of Roshni and late Lalith De Mel, brother / brother-in-law of Prakash and Sumi, Manjula and James, Ramesh and Abigail, Nirosh De Mel and Shannon and loving uncle and friend to Shruthi and her family (Indi, Luna and Miro), Sashi, Ashwin, Tripti, Sarita, Anjali, Tehan, Anika, Aniera, Ethan, Hailey and Kayla. Funeral arrangements: Remains lie at Cathedral of Christ the Living Saviour, Bauddhaloka Mawatha Colombo 7 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, 18th December. There will be a funeral service at 2:00 p.m. Respectfully there will be a private burial restricted to the immediate family members.
