DE SILVA – DR. SARA (Former Senior Lecturer at KDU and Associate Professor at Abu-Dhabi University), beloved daughter of Dr. P.H.P. de Silva and Junko de Silva, beloved wife of Kazuhiro Higashi Charge d’ Affairs at interim of Embassy of Japan in the Republic of Yemen, passed away on the 30th of December 2023 at Kamakura General Hospital, Japan after brief illness. Funeral will be held in Tokyo on the 9th January 2024.
