We are saddened to announce the peaceful passing of VERNON CUDUGAMPOLA MBE on the 26th February at his home in the UK. Vernon was the dearly beloved husband of the late Kamanie Udugampola and brother of Donald, Malcolm, Roland, Asoka, Indrani Nagodawithana, Chandrani Suraweera and the late Quintus, he was an active social worker, founder of the Sylvia Lanka Foundation and proud member of the Old Boys Association of Richmond College, Galle.
