Mahendranath Prathapa Wethasinghe (Business Entrepreneur, Former Senior Financial Analyst, M/s Coles Ltd. – Australia), passed away in Sri Lanka. He is the eldest son of Mr. Kumar Wethasinghe, former CAO of Lake House (ANCL) as well as Editorial Consultant and Administrative Officer Wijeya Newspapers Ltd) and Mrs. P.R. Wethasinghe (Re. Chief Project Officer NIE). He leaves his wife Dr. Champika (Hydrologist, Australian Govt. Bureau of Meteorology) and son Lakshitha (Engineer Tonkin & Taylor, Australia. Mr. Wethasinghe is the eldest brother of three brothers and one sister. His remains will be at Jayaratne Funeral Parlour. Cremation at Borella Cemetery on 28th March at 4.00 p.m.
