Gunatilake,​ Sepalika,​ Mallika Rodrigo De Silva and Kumari,​ passed away peacefully in Melbourne,​ Australia. Service and cremation at 10 a.m. on April 18,​ 2024 at Springvale Botanical Cemetery.
