It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of CHULA BANDARA, former Member of Parliament for the Kurunegala District, a distinguished lawyer, educator and diplomat, who departed this life on 22nd December. Chula Bandara leaves behind his beloved wife, Pushpa and their three devoted children, Probodini, Thulani and Sidath, he was a cherished father-in-law to Methmal, Bhathiya and Harini and a proud grandfather to Yasindu, Kisholi, Soneli, Aaryn, Julius, Noah and Sienna. The remains lie at A.F. Raymond’s Funeral Parlour for viewing from tomorrow, 23rd December 2024. The Funeral service will be held on 24th December 2024 at 3.00 p.m. May he attain the supreme bliss of Nibbhana.
