Colombege, Prettiva (nee Dissanayake) – (Former teacher at Royal College Colombo and S. Thomas’ College) Wife of late Noel Colombege, mother of Nelumnika, Lakdasa, and Chandila, mother-in-law of Asoka Perera, Juanita, Nishala, and late Mala, grandmother of Anagi, Kokila, Mihiri, Vishal, Stephanie, Joshua, Amila, and Hannah, and great-grandmother of Jevon and Yaheli has been called to her eternal home. Her remains will lie at Mahinda Funeral Parlour, Mount Lavinia, on Thursday, 2nd October 2025, from 9:00 am onwards. A service will conducted at 4 pm followed by burial on the same day (2nd) at General Cemetery, Mt. Lavinia in the Christian Section at 4:45 pm.
