It is with deep sorrow that we inform you, our beloved Dr. Suhanya Kuhan, who was originally from Anaipanthy, Jaffna, Sri Lanka and was residing in Colombo, Sri Lanka and London, UK, passed away peacefully on Friday, October 10, 2025.She was a former student of Vembadi Girls’ High School (O/L 1987, A/L 1990) and a member of the 15th batch of the Faculty of Medicine, University of Jaffna.She was the loving youngest daughter of Mr. Sritharan and the late Mrs. Vijayarani, and the beloved daughter-in-law of the late Mr. Thurairajah and Mrs. Jeyarani.She was the devoted wife of Mr. Kuhan and cherished Mother of Seyon and Anesch.She was the dear sister of Sudesh (UK) and Subitha (Australia).Affectionate sister-in-law of Dr. Kumanan (Denmark) and Vasuki (UK) and Vatsala (UK), Kulendran (Australia), Thirukumaran (UK), Lakshi (Denmark).Beloved aunt of Shiyamali, Rajeevan, Shivani, Sharmini, Gobithan, Piravin, and Sangethan.
