It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Hector Godellawatta, a respected retiree of the Survey Department. Hector was a devoted husband to Vijai Godellawatta and a loving father to Palitha (S.L. Army) and Sudheera (Central Bank). He was also a cherished father-in-law to Nilmini. Hector Godellawatta, a man of integrity and kindness, touched many lives with his generosity and wisdom.
