ABAYASEKARA – MICHAEL ARTHUR, son of the late Ernie and Ellen Abayasekara, brother, and brother-in-law of Tess & late Jayalath Wijesekera, Charmaine & Jain Cuttilan and late Lalith Wickramasinghe, Dion and Michelle Abayasekara, Roshana & Rex Harrison, Moria & Jeremy Obeyesekera, Sandra and Ian Seneviratne. Michael passed away peacefully on 13th November and his mortal remains will be at Jayaratne Funeral Parlour, Kalubowila from 5.00 p.m. on 13th Nov., and his memorial service and cremation will take place at the Kohuwela General Cemetery at 5.00 p.m. on 14th November 2022. Loved by all his Nieces and Nephews and Grand Nieces & Nephews across the globe. Michael was known for his kind heart, welcoming warm smile, love of reading and witty sense of humour.
