DE ALWIS – GERALD (G.A.W.) – Safe in the arms of Jesus. Dearly beloved husband of Indrani (nee Jayasundera),​ devoted father of Nilanthi & Rohan De S. Wijeyeratne,​ Suvendrini,​ Chandana Amaratunga and Malathi (late) & Pradeep Jeganathan,​ cherished Aththi of Ineshka & Ramith,​ Revanke & Ashika,​ Shahen & Sanuri and Shemani,​ adored Kiri Aththi of Keshaya and Sharin. His presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him and his memory will forever remain in our hearts. The remains lie at A.F. Raymond’s Funeral Parlour on Monday April 1st from 8.30 a.m. Cortege leaves the parlour on the same day at 3.00 p.m. for burial at 4.00 p.m. at Christ Church,​ Dehiwala.
