Thilla was the beloved husband of Pushpam (Pu) Kirubaithilakan, loving father of Peter and John, the son of late Sarah Poomany (nee Sinnathamby) Thillaiampalam and late Kanther Thillaiampalam, brother of late Thanga, Arul and late Karunai, brother-in-law of late Samuel, Victor, late Richard, Jebaranjini, Vanuja, late Joy and Vijitha.
