Dearly beloved husband of late Neelendra,​ much loved father of Suresh,​ Rajiv and Nirupi,​ father-in-law of Menaka,​ Shenika and Prasann Leanage,​ darling grandfather of Sharini and Asela Mendis,​ Rishen,​ Seshan,​ Neisha and Pravish,​ beloved brother of the late Lida,​ the late Henrietta,​ the late Reggie and of Dula,​ Bandu and Neeliya,​ brother-in-law of the late Ranjan Gunasekara and Sriyani,​ Vinodhini and late Henry Perera and of Hiran Gunasekara,​ expired. Remains lie at A.F. Raymond’s Funeral Parlour. Cortege leaves A.F. Raymond’s Funeral Parlour at 11.00 a.m. on 10th August 2022 for Cremation at General Cemetery,​ Borella at 11.30 a.m. (New Crematorium)
