SPENCER – DEVA, passed away peacefully in Jaffna, Sri Lanka on October 13, 2022 after a brief illness. He was a resident at the Kopay Lily Nursing Home. Deva was a Son of late Mr. S.R. Spencer and late Mrs. Sugirtham (nee Dwight) Spencer of Jaffna. He was a loving brother of the late Mani (and late Kingsley) Rajasenan, Ranji (and late George) Thambyrajah (Canada), Jeba (and Rajan) Gunaratnam (Canada), Thiru (and Bala) Abraham (Canada), late Thavam (and late Princely) Spencer, Sothy (and Gora) Sinnatamby (Canada) and Reuban (and Shanti) Spencer (UK). Funeral Service will take place on Monday, October 17, 2022 at 10.00 a.m. at the White House Funeral Home in Jaffna, Sri Lanka followed by burial at the Jaffna Methodist Cemetery.
