Amarawardana, devoted mother to Anjali, Lekha, Nandini, Manjula, Prasad, Prabath, and Pradeep, a loving mother-in-law of Rohan, Bathiya, Nishan, Imalie, Anuja, and Nilukshi, and a cherished grandmother to Shaveen, Rukshan, Nesha, Ilmi, Mayuka, Ashan, Ishan, Aritha, Keshini, Ayesha, Navira, Nikini, and Senuja passed away on 2025/12/10. The remains are kept at the “Nuwara Mal Shalawa” (near the Kandy General Hospital), and the final rites will be held on Saturday, 2025/12/13 at 4.00 PM at the Mahaiyawa Public Cemetery.
