Loving wife of late Francis Christopher Nanayakkara (Christie, Retired Surveyor General), beloved mother of Chrishanthi, Nimalie, Piyal, Chandrika and Amal, dear mother-in-law of Shamal, Ryle, Anne, Riyad and Sam, adored grandmother of Jessica, Isam, Reine, Danuka, Shantel, Christopher, Viruna, Alim, Cros and Tayla, dearly loved sister of Adrain, Merle and Christobel (all in Australia), passed away peacefully on 13th January 2025. Remains will lie at A.F. Raymond Funeral Parlour on Thursday, 30th January at 8.00 a.m. Funeral service will be held at the Parlour on the same day at 11.00 a.m. followed by burial at the General Cemetery, Borella (Roman Catholic Section).
