Orbituary notice and thanks
Sumithra Perera (nee Silva) (retired telephonist of the department of telecommunications), loving mother of Nalaka Perera (Ministry of Education), Anuja Perera and Savithri Perera (Colombo General Hospital and De Soyza hospital), and grandmother of Anuki(medical srudent) and brother Mother in law of Prasanna Alahakoon (CIC), passed on April 22, 2025, at the age of 84. Funeral took place on April 22, 2025, at Minuwampitiya cemetary, Walana, Panadura (Mahinda Jayakody parlor). Thank you for your exceptional service. Thank you so much for your thoughtful care and dedication. You made this tough time a little easier to bear. We send you great thanks for your guidance and kindness during this difficult time.
