BAKELMUN NOEL – passed away peacefully on August 6th 2022, survived by his sister Marie Kemps and predeceased by his brothers Maurice, Osmund, Emil and Carlo. Burial was held on August 7th at the Welisara Cemetery. Thanks and gratitude to all at Devsiri Sevana, Welisara for the care provided
