FERNANDO – SHIRANIE NEELAKANTHI (nee De SILVA) – Beloved wife of late Wimalsen Fernando, daughter of late Fritz and Millie De Silva, sister of late Lala De Silva, Banu Fernando and of Chandrani Fernando, passed away peacefully on 24th August 2022. Her remains lie at A.F. Raymond’s Funeral Parlour from 10.00 a.m. onwards on 27th August. Cortege leaves Parlour at 11.00 a.m. on the 28th for burial at the Borella General Cemetery (Anglican Section)
