We regret to announce the passing away of Mrs CHITRA ELLAN MENDIS, beloved daughter of late Major Milan Mendis and late Mrs Ellan Gajanayaka, wife of late Mr Justin Amarasekera (Attorney-at-Law), beloved mother of Ms Jeevanie and Thilini Amarasekera (Australia), beloved mother-in-law of Indika Perera (Australia), beloved grandmother of Alisha and Aksha (Australia), beloved sister of Shirani (Germany), Sunethra, Veena, Nimal, Sampath, Preethi and late Prasanna Mendis. Funeral Service will be held at “The Restpect Home” by Jayaratne’s, Borella at 2 p.m. on 2nd May 2024 and Cortege leaves Jayaratne Restpect Home at 3 p.m. for Cremation at the Borella Cemetery.
