DE SILVA, CHANDRA (nee WERAPITIYA). Beloved wife of the late Dr Tilak De Silva, adored mother of Dr Punyanganie and Manya, mother-in-law of Ujitha, sister of Erandhathie, Bandula, Walter, Badra, Yas, Chitra and the late Sudharma and Tilaka, passed away on February 9th, 2025 in Kandy. Funeral and last rites were held in Kandy.
