With profound sadness, we announce the death of Mr H. P. A. Ranasinghe, retired Commissioner of Inland Revenue Service of Sri Lanka, who passed away peacefully on the 16th of April 2025. Devoted husband to late Professor Charlotte Hema Ranasinghe, Cherished Father of Vidumini and Janaka. Brother of (late) Karuna, (late) Ranjith, Nimal, Mangala, Sarath and Javantha. Loving grandfather of Tiasha, Akein, and Anaya.
Remains lie at Jayaratne Funeral Parlor, Borella. Cortege leaves at 4:15pm on 20th April 2025 for cremation at 5:00pm the old crematorium, Borella Cemetery.
