Born in Sri Lanka and later settled in South India. Passed away peacefully on 21″ September 2025 at her residence, No 3, Binny Road, Manasarovar Apartments, Poes Garden, Chennai 086. Treasured mother of Radikaa, Raju, Mohan, and Nirosha. Devoted mother-in-law of R. Sarathkumar and Sunita Ratha. Adored grandmother of Sooraj, Rayane, Ashwini, Kritia, Rahhul, and Rishan. Cherished great-grandmother of Tarak and Radhya. Precious sister of Mark Fernando, Fredo Fernando, Stanley Fernando, Lalitha Siri-wardena, Cyril Fernando, Rani Fernando, and Raja Fernando.
A Holy Requiem Mass will be held on Saturday, 25th October 2025 at 11:30 ant at St. Anthony’s Church, Kollupitiya. Family, friends, well-wishers, and staff are kindly invited to attend the service. Lunch will be served after the Mass.
