Kulaseeli Wijeratne Perera – Former Western Provincial Council Chairperson Wadduwa Gurunnanaselage Dona Kulaseeli Wijeratne Perera passed away yesterday. The prominent public figure and matriarch was the wife of the late MP Paul Perera. Funeral Arrangements will be notified later. Mrs. Perera dedicated her life to public service, outliving her husband who passed away in August 2007. She leaves behind a prominent family legacy, including her four sons—Ronald, a leading President’s Counsel, Arnold, Harold, and Rodney—and her daughter, Pushpamala.
