FERNANDO – DR. TILAK S. – With profound grief and heavy hearts,​ we,​ Channa and Rowena Fernando are sad to inform the demise of our beloved father,​ Dr. Tilak S Fernando on 12th April,​ 2025. (Resident of the UK from 1968 to 2004). Born in Moratuwa on 17th June 1940,​ to parents: late Abraham William and late Anjella Cecillia Fernando and brother of late Ratnapala Fernando,​ and late Gunapala Fernando. The body will lie at the Jayaratne Parlour,​ Kalubowila on Thursday,​ 24th April from 8.30 a.m. Cremation will take place on 24th at 3.00 p.m. at the Kohuwala Cemetery.
