Casie Chitty,​ loving father & father-in-law of Max & Ophelia,​ Frank & late Maya,​ Carmel & late Shanti Canagasabey,​ Trevor & Iranthi,​ late Christine,​ Gladwyn & Bernadette,​ Pam & Tony Appathurai,​ late Hilary & Chulanie,​ Glossinda & Allistair Solomonsz,​ beloved Papa & great-grandpapa of 11 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Respects may be paid at A.F. Raymond’s funeral parlour on Tuesday 14th May from 10 a.m. on Wednesday 15th May at 85/​3,​ Barnes Place,​ Colombo 7. Cortege will leave the residence at 3 p.m. on Wednesday 15th for burial at Borella General Cemetery RC Section at 3.30 p.m. No floral tributes but a donation to a charity instead would be much appreciated.
