MAHENDRA – Dr MEENA (nee Thamotheram). Beloved wife of Dr Christian Chelliah Mahendra (Shelly),​ adored mother to Mrs Nalaini Rajiyah (USA),​ Dr Premini Mahendra (UK),​ Mrs Ramani Kangesu (UK),​ grandmother to Dr Tara Rajiyah,​ Mrs Anushka Forrest,​ Dr Prashan Kangesu and Mr Stefan Rajiyah,​ great grandmother to Rupert,​ Angus and Saanvi,​ mother-in-law to Dr Gitendra Rajiyah (USA) and Dr Loshan Kangesu (UK),​ daughter of the late Dr and Mrs T P Thamotheram and sister of the late Mrs Kamala Mandaleswaran,​ the late Mrs Pathma Amarasingham and the late Mr Sara Thamotheram,​ died peacefully at home in Essex,​ UK on 9 November 2024. Her funeral was held on 23rd November 2024 at the Three Counties Crematorium in Essex,​ UK.
