MALLAWARATCHIE – S. MALINI – It is with great sadness we announce the demise of S. Malini Mallawaratchie (nee Ratnatunga),​ Food Technologist,​ formerly at Marketing Department and ITI (CISIR),​ former Visiting Lecturer at the University of Colombo,​ former Food Technologist of the Food Advisory Committee of the Ministry of Health,​ beloved wife of Eng. Daya Mallawaratchie (former GM (RDA)),​ loving mother of Asha,​ beloved sister of Sujiva,​ Channa,​ Ajita and Kavan. A simple funeral was held on 29.08.2023 and the cremation took place at the General Cemetery Borella
