Mrs. Queenie Gnanaratnam Jayasinghe

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mrs. Queenie Gnanaratnam Jayasinghe, who passed away peacefully on Wednesday 2nd April 2025, in Melbourne, Australia.Born in Naranthanai, Jaffna, Sri Lanka on 5th October 1945, she migrated to the United Kingdom in the early 1970’s with her beloved husband Babu, and finally settled in Melbourne, Australia in 1981 onwards.She is the loving daugter of the Late Mr. Aseervatham Savirimuthu and Late Mrs. Theresamma Aseervatham of Naranthanai, Jaffna, Sri Lanka,Beloved daughter in law of the Late Mr. & Mrs. Ramanathan of Nayanmarkaddu, Nallur, Jaffna, Sri Lanka,Devoted wife of  Babu (Joseph/Ram),loving mother of Reuben and Manshu (Annette),Beloved mother in law of Shani and Dwayne,Adored granmother of Emmy and Harrison,
