THANGARANI ARIYAKULADEVI (RANI) BARNES – 27.7.1938 – 7.9.2022. Loving daughter of the late Edward Ariyanayagam Sinniah and Veema Thangaratnam Sinniah (nee Asirwatham), wife of late Wilfred Alagaratnam (Willie) Barnes, mother of Ravi, Romesh (deceased) and Sona, loving sister of Senthilnathan Rajendran (Sen) Sinniah (deceased) and sister-in-law of Norma Sinniah (nee Turner – Wright). Her remains lie at A.F. Raymond’s Funeral Parlour from 9.00 a.m. onwards on the 9th of September. Funeral service will take place on the same day at 5.00 p.m., followed by burial at the Borella General Cemetery (General Christian Section).
