Rev. Bastiampillai Joseph Francis Xavier

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Rev. Bastiampillai Joseph Francis Xavier, former Gandhiyam Movement activist, who passed away peacefully in Toronto, Canada, on Wednesday, April 2, 2025, at 7:00 PM.Rev. Xavier was the beloved son of the late Bastiampillai Joseph (Rasiah) and the late Ganammah. He was the devoted husband of Chandranee Xavier and the loving father of Navajeevan (South Korea), Subha (USA), and Dinesh (Canada). A cherished grandfather, he leaves behind his dear grandchildren Geevan and Avi. He was also the loving brother of the late B.J. Peter and B.J. Vincent.
