Francis &#8211; former President,\u200b Labour Tribunal and Magistrate and brother of late Mary Concy &#8211; School Teacher; brother-in-law of late Hubert Perera and late Bridget Wijegunawardene &#8211; School Teacher; uncle of Drs. Ruwan and Nilushi; Dilini and Wasantha; Shanika and Ruwin; Asanka and Udesha; Nilanka and Nirosha; Prayantha and Achala,\u200b Manoja and Ranga; Krishanthi and Sajitha.
