She grew up in London\u2019s East End and Dublin and in 1964 married Mahendra Sanath Jayasundera,\u200b then moving to Colombo to have their children Hiran &amp; Thusitha. Usha reached generations of small children teaching English classes. She is survived by Thusitha,\u200b Simon and her grandson \u2013 Fred. Usha will be at \u201cThe Restpect Home\u201d by Jayaratne\u2019s Chapel of Rest,\u200b 483,\u200b Bauddhaloka Mawatha,\u200b Colombo 8 from 9.30 a.m. Friday from 23rd until 4.00 p.m. Saturday,\u200b 24th August.
