A devoted husband to Anna Mary Sylvester for 51 years. A loving father of Mary Ruby Sylvester (Andrew Moulton) and a proud grandfather of Isabelle Sylvie Moulton.\u00a0He was born to the late Saverimuthu Mariampillai and the late Marypillai Bastianpillai in Karampon, Kayts, Jaffna, Sri Lanka. He was the younger brother of Ariyaratnam (Daisy) and predeceased by Joseph (Jane).\u00a0In 1984, Sylvester made the bold journey to Canada in search of new opportunities and a better future for his loved one.
