Lion Abey Silva, was District Governor of District 306 &#8211; A in the year 1993-1994. He was the founder of the Lions Gift of Sight Hospital, Panadura and managed the hospital during its initial years of service to the public of Sri Lanka.<\/p>\n<p>Remains lie at the residence till 3.30 pm on 3rd September 2026 No. 250 Galle road , Ratmalana.
