PERERA – JUSTIN LYN – It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Lyn, in Wellington, New Zealand, at the age of 91. Formerly of the Ministry of Defence, Sri Lanka and later of the New Zealand Parliament. Beloved husband of Miriam (ANZ Bank of New Zealand), cherished father of Ramesh and Dinesh, much-loved father-in-law of Neluka and Roanne, proud grandfather of Ranisha, Shenara, Dhiren and Romel, dearly loved brother and uncle, passed away peacefully on 24 July 2026. A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, 29 July 2026 in Wellington, New Zealand.
