It is with profound grief we announce the death of our fellow Director, Don Piyasiri Kannangara on 24th July 2026. He was a highly valued and respected Director and visionary leader of Trico Maritime Pvt Limited. His tremendous contribution, leadership, and passion towards the global Logistics & Freight Forwarding industry since 1978 have made him an iconic figure. Having devoted his life to elevating the Trico network and serving the Sri Lankan community, Mr. Don Piyasiri Kannangara shall never be forgotten.
The remains lie at the residence, No. 480/2/A, Salmal Uyana, Himbutana Road, Mulleriyawa New Town, for final respects. The Pansakulaya will be held at 2:00 PM at the residence, and the cremation will take place at 5:00 PM on July 28th, 2026, at the New Crematorium of BoreIla Kanatte General Cemetery.
